From 127 to 119 is only 8 pounds over 3 months period. I do not have the habit to weight myself everyday nor calculate calories. I tend to focus on the quality of my work out. The form, the power, the sweater level. During that 3 months, I did increased the frequency of Barre class. Sometimes I took 2 in a day, or a higher level intensity Barre class. I did notice with core strength improved, I can run much faster than before.
I think all the previous training effort added up, so it allows me to push the effects of training to the maximum.
Of course, if we watched what we eat and intentionally cut down the holidays sweets, we will drop weight. I have two dance showcases around the end of 2018, that prompted me not to eat junks. I think the motivation is very effective. That may as well contribute to that weight loss.
